Our designers will be happy to discuss your project and get to know your needs, wishes and how you would like your Kitchen/Bedroom/Bathroom to work for you. We will start to gain an understanding of how you use your current space and the aspirations you have for your new Kitchen/Bedroom/Bathroom. We will talk about the styles you like be it modern, contemporary or traditional, appliances, work surfaces, lighting and colour and book a home appointment for one of designers to call out and visit you.

This is where one of our designers will arrange an appointment to call out and visit you in your property to conduct a survey to allow us to start the design stage. We will measure your room and take positions of doors, windows, service positions etc. This appointment generally takes between 30 to 60 minutes and is not sales orientated, we do not sell to clients in their homes, we want the process to be as enjoyable as possible with no pressure on you at all.

Now that we know your dreams and desires and have an accurate plan of the space we are working with, your appointed designer will get to work on your design. You will then be invited into our showroom to view our proposals which will be presented in full colour on an HD television using Articad so that you can gain a real feel for the design that we have created. We will present you with some 3D visuals and have some budget costs prepared for you to review and will be able to make any changes that you require. We understand that this is a big decision and at no point will we pressure you into making a purchase, our designers are what they say ‘designers’ and not salesmen so take as long as you need. Our quotes are valid for 30 days and we encourage you to go away and think things over.

If you are happy with our designs and quotation we will run through your design in full detail before filling out and completing a contract.

Once we have been appointed to carry out your project we will arrange an appointment for our surveyor to call out and take final measurements prior to production of your Kitchen/Bedroom/Bathroom.

Once we have conducted your project survey we will start to manufacture your kitchen and procure any materials along with any parts that we do not manufacture ourselves such as appliances etc.

On the agreed installation date, our professionally trained installation team will arrive to carry out the installation of your new Kitchen/Bedroom/Bathroom or if your project is a supply only project then our delivery team will deliver your order in a professional manner.

Your Kitchen/Bedroom/Bathroom comes with a full guarantee and we want to make sure that it is everything you hoped it would be, now and for years to come. We will carry out a complete check of all aspects of works, making sure you are entirely satisfied with your new project.
